Shipping and Returns
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance at Green Dynasty, LLC. Orders placed will be shipped directly to the shipping address provided on the invoice. No sales or shipping to minors or to adults intending to distribute or resell items to minors. All customers are responsible for knowing and following the state laws in which they reside. We strive to offer our customers the most reliable options for shipping. Lead-time varies by order quantity and will be acknowledged once the order is processed. Weather and other conditions can and may affect delivery times. We pride ourselves on constant and timely communication. Invoices are processed in the order they are received.
For a non-custom order, cancellations made within 24 hrs. or less from receipt of order acknowledgement will be processed without any charge; however, cancellations made outside of this window if the product is shipped may not be canceled. For custom-branded orders, the cancellations made within 24 hrs. or less from receipt of order acknowledgement will be processed without any charge; however, cancellations made outside of this window are subject to additional charges specified in the order acknowledgement.
Products sold by Green Dynasty, LLC are sold “As Is”, and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received by the customer is defective or damaged. Customers must notify us within 24 hrs. of receiving defective or damaged products. Green Dynasty will accept returns or exchanges on items should products be defective (meaning not functioning) or damaged (meaning parts arrived damaged due to shipping and handling).
Customer is responsible for cost of shipping returned items back to Green Dynasty, LLC. Green Dynasty, LLC will process a refund to customer within 10 business days once we receive the item(s) back. Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was use to make the original purchase. Refunds will ONLY be given at our discretion and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Custom branded products are not eligible for return unless item(s) arrived defective or damaged.
